An electronic Supra lockbox has the advantage of access only being granted to authorized key holders (Licensed Realtors, Licensed Appraisers, and Licensed Inspectors). Each time the key is accessed, the lockbox creates a record of the event should we ever need to find out who accessed your property.

Showing Scheduling ServiceCSS or Centralized Showing Service was bought out by ShowingTime in 2019. All of our listings now use ShowingTime for all appointment setting services. A showing scheduling service like ShowingTime makes the process of showing your home much more simple. An agent schedules directly with the showing service and ShowingTime will text, email, or call you to confirm the appointment – at that time you can also decline or suggest a new time slot. This saves time spent playing phone tag with buyer’s agents and will definitely increase the frequency of showings compared to managing scheduling appointments yourself.
